Cookie Policy

Version 0.2, effective 22 October 2026.

This policy explains how Arcela (app.arcela.co.uk) and our website (arcela.co.uk) use cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage. Both are provided by Arcscribe Ltd, company number 16921982, 18 Colegate, Norwich, NR3 1BQ.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way, so we call them all "cookies" here.

Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations), we can use cookies that are strictly necessary to provide what you've asked for without your consent. We ask for your consent before using any others, and we never set them before you've chosen.

2. The Arcela app

The app uses only strictly necessary cookies. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies inside the app. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.
